We are looking for candidates for a Learning and Development manager role to join us at Pizza Mizza!
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements a learning strategy and program that are aligned with the organization’s objectives
- Designing and delivering training programs.
- Assessing development needs.
- Tracking learning effectiveness.
- Collaborating with employees and managers to support career development.
- Embraces and implements various types of training.
- Tracks budgets, negotiates contracts, builds and maintains relationships with third-party training providers.
- Designs and produces training materials, including e-learning courses.
- Assess the success of the development plans and modifies where necessary.
- Manages L&D specialists.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies.
- Inform management of arising problems promptly, investigate the causes of problems, and implement appropriate measures to prevent potential future issues.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning and development activities.
- Prepare relevant reports on learning and development activities.
Requirements:
- Strong commitment to providing an excellent client service
- Higher education
- Work experience 2+ years as Training manager or Learning and Development manager (F&B, Fast Food experience is preferred)
- Strong leadership skills, ability to work in a team and supervise a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken azerbaijani, russian and english.
