We are looking for candidates for a Learning and Development manager role to join us at Pizza Mizza! 

Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements a learning strategy and program that are aligned with the organization’s objectives 
• Designing and delivering training programs.
• Assessing development needs.
• Tracking learning effectiveness.
• Collaborating with employees and managers to support career development.
• Embraces and implements various types of training. 
• Tracks budgets, negotiates contracts, builds and maintains relationships with third-party training providers. 
• Designs and produces training materials, including e-learning courses.
• Assess the success of the development plans and modifies where necessary. 
• Manages L&D specialists. 
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies.
• Inform management of arising problems promptly, investigate the causes of problems, and implement appropriate measures to prevent potential future issues.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning and development activities.
• Prepare relevant reports on learning and development activities.

Requirements:

• Strong commitment to providing an excellent client service
• Higher education
• Work experience 2+ years as Training manager or Learning and Development manager (F&B, Fast Food experience is preferred)
• Strong leadership skills, ability to work in a team and supervise a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken azerbaijani, russian and english.
