We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Coordinator with a growth mindset. Proficiency in both Russian and English is essential for effective communication within our diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure necessary supplies and inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and coordinate with procurement team.
- Organize and manage business documents, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Coordinate travel logistics for team members.
- Arrange accommodations, transportation, and necessary documentation for business trips.
- Handle general clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Utilize proficiency in Russian and English for effective communication within the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a business or office environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management is a plus.
