Legal advisor

Requirements:

• English language - advance MUST have
• Higher education (Bachelor's and Master's degree) in Law or Law-related field
• Ability to use MS office programs
• High level knowledge of the English language
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in related field

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing legal assistance for the preparation or preparation of agreements/agreements/contracts, amendments, changes, understandings and other documents having legal force and creating, changing and/or canceling legal obligations for the Company, including representing the Company in relevant negotiations;
• Providing advice and recommendations to the management and other employees of the Company regarding the determination and application of normative legal acts and other documents applied in the field of activity of the Company and implementation of control over their implementation;
• Determining the legal risks related to the company's activity and providing appropriate recommendations for eliminating those risks;
• Controlling the preparation, maintenance and implementation of decisions and protocols of the company's founders and the Board of Directors;
• Representing the Company in court and state bodies, defending the rights and interests of the Company there, and performing all necessary actions on behalf of the Company;
