SAP Junior Consultant

 As an SAP Junior Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP ERP solutions. Working closely with senior consultants and project teams, you will contribute to the successful delivery of ERP projects by providing expertise in SAP modules, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring the effective utilization of SAP ERP functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Configuration:

• Assist in the implementation of SAP solutions based on project requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP modules to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to design and develop solutions aligned with best practices.

Requirements Analysis:

• Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into SAP system configurations and functionalities.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on SAP capabilities.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct unit testing and support integration testing of SAP modules.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability and accuracy of implemented solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing phases.

Training and Documentation:

• Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of SAP ERP functionalities.
• Document configuration changes, custom developments, and best practices.

Support and Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing support for SAP modules, addressing end-user issues and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Stay current with SAP updates and industry trends.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in meetings and provide updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business).
• Basic understanding of SAP modules and configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Experience:

• Entry-level position, but any experience with SAP or related ERP systems is a plus.
• Internships or academic projects related to SAP ERP are beneficial.
