Cost engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the cost of materials, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure that they do not exceed budgeted amounts
• Developing and maintaining cost estimates for construction projects to ensure that the project will be profitable based on target profit margins
• Conducting cost analyses on proposals to determine whether the proposed solution is feasible or whether modifications should be made
• Determining the cost of labor, materials, equipment, and other resources necessary for construction projects such as buildings or pipelines
• Recommending changes to improve efficiency based on cost analysis results

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Knowledge of English language (minimum B2)
• 3-5 years of experience as a cost engineer (Construction sphere is preferrable)
• Knowledge of Cost Estimation
• Knowledge of reporting/documentation
• Project monitoring and financial skills
• Salary- 1500-2000 azn net
