HR Business Partner

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics;

Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience 
  • Knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of Employment Legislation and Regulations
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated excellence thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English,Russian and Azerbaijani languages

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures high quality and consistent HR services are delivered to employees and management
  • Lead the coordination of performance management, training and development, succession planning and career development.
  • Manage all recruitment activities for assigned area of business including new employee orientation
  • Facilitate internal transfers, oversee and facilitate promotion opportunities, conduct exit interviews, and identify trends to support retention, career development and to minimize risk for the business
  • Oversee the HR budget and report on current and future staffing costs and initiatives.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Operate as a key business partner to employees, managers, directors and senior leaders on workforce analytics, organizational optimization, leadership development, and other strategic initiatives
