HR Business Partner
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics;
Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- Knowledge of Employment Legislation and Regulations
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated excellence thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English,Russian and Azerbaijani languages
Responsibilities:
- Ensures high quality and consistent HR services are delivered to employees and management
- Lead the coordination of performance management, training and development, succession planning and career development.
- Manage all recruitment activities for assigned area of business including new employee orientation
- Facilitate internal transfers, oversee and facilitate promotion opportunities, conduct exit interviews, and identify trends to support retention, career development and to minimize risk for the business
- Oversee the HR budget and report on current and future staffing costs and initiatives.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Operate as a key business partner to employees, managers, directors and senior leaders on workforce analytics, organizational optimization, leadership development, and other strategic initiatives
