Identify and prospect potential partners that align with Push30 criteria;
Conduct research to evaluate the suitability of gyms and ﬁtness venues based on criteria such as location, facilities, services target market, and reputation;
Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new gym partners to expand the network;
Proactively reach out to gyms and ﬁtness venues to establish initial contact and explain the beneﬁts of partnering with Push30;
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential gym partners;
Coordinate with the support team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new gym partners into the Push30 platform;
Provide necessary training and support to gym partners regarding the use of Push30's system and processes;
Act as the primary point of contact for gym partners, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs and provide assistance when necessary;
Monitor and analyze gym partner performance, including usage rates, customer feedback, and overall satisfaction;
Ensure that existing partners meet Push30 criteria;
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance partner loyalty and strengthen long-term relationships;
Regularly assess partner satisfaction and engagement levels, and implement strategies to address any issues or concerns;
Provide ongoing support and training to gym partners, including product updates, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns;
Constantly update partner statuses;

1+ year of experience in partner relations;
Proven experience in business development or sales preferably within the ﬁtness, wellness, or corporate beneﬁts industry
(B2B) sales experience
Bachelor’s degree
Fluency in Azerbaijani (must)
Fluency in Russian (must)
Proﬁciency in English
MS Oﬃce
Organizational skills

Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
