Partner Network Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential partners that align with Push30 criteria;
- Conduct research to evaluate the suitability of gyms and fitness venues based on criteria such as location, facilities, services target market, and reputation;
- Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new gym partners to expand the network;
- Proactively reach out to gyms and fitness venues to establish initial contact andexplain the benefits of partnering with Push30;
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential gym partners;
- Coordinate with the support team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new gym partners into the Push30 platform;
- Provide necessary training and support to gym partners regarding the use of Push30's system and processes;
- Act as the primary point of contact for gym partners, maintaining regularcommunication to understand their needs and provide assistance when necessary;
- Monitor and analyze gym partner performance, including usage rates, customer feedback, and overall satisfaction;
- Ensure that existing partners meet Push30 criteria;
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance partner loyalty and strengthen long-term relationships;
- Regularly assess partner satisfaction and engagement levels, and implement strategies to address any issues or concerns;
- Provide ongoing support and training to gym partners, including product updates, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns;
- Constantly update partner statuses;
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in partner relations;
- Proven experience in business development or sales preferably within the fitness, wellness, or corporate benefits industry
- (B2B) sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in Azerbaijani (must)
- Fluency in Russian (must)
- Proficiency in English
- MS Office
- Organizational skills
