HR Payroll Specialist
What is expected from the candidate:
- Calculating monthly staff salary, bonuses, overtime payments, tax deductions, etc.;
- Calculating and processing of vacation leaves and sick leaves etc.;
- Collecting timesheet data and payroll information from Line Managers;
- Ensuring accuracy of the timesheets and payroll related information;
- Managing and following-up vacation requires and vacation balance information;
- Preparing monthly and quarterly statistic reports related to the payroll to Finance Department;
- Preparing salary statements;
- Ordering and providing new employees with salary cards;
- Addressing and resolving employee complaints relating to the payroll system;
- Working with company database programs to process payroll;
- Processing final payment for terminated employees;
- Preparing financial reports for auditing purposes;
- Preparing periodic payroll reconciliation and submitting reports to Line Manager for review.
What qualifications the candidate need to possess:
- A high school diploma in a related field;
- 2-3 years' experience working in payroll role;
- Working knowledge of SAP software practices;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- High analytical aptitude skills and being detail-oriented;
- Language skills: Azerbaijani and English is must, Russian languages are preferable.
