Sales agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Process reservations efficiently and accurately using the Opera PMS system.
• Conduct daily heavy prospecting of new clients
• Compile weekly sales reports and give daily updates on activities
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports/questionnaires
• Communicate directly with clients and build lasting relationships
• Maintain client records
• Coordinate the production and dissemination of a wide range of marketing communications
• Research and analyse market conditions and opportunities

Requirements:

• 1 or more years of experience in sales department  or travel company (preferably in hospitality)
• Gender : Female
• Good in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
• Strong communication and management skills

Working conditions:

• Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the AR;
• Friendly and united team;
• Salary -500 AZN
• Work schedule 6/1, 09:00 – 18:00;
• Hotel  location: Sahil Baku Hotel ,White City.
