Responsibilities:
- Perform real-time monitoring and analysis of drilling parameters and mud properties.
- Ensure accurate data collection and recording during drilling operations.
- Detect and analyze geological formations and potential hydrocarbon indicators.
- Collaborate with drilling and geological teams to optimize drilling efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues related to data acquisition systems.
- Generate comprehensive reports and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mud Logger/Data Analyst in the oil and gas industry.
- Proficient in the use of data acquisition systems and mud logging equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of geological formations and hydrocarbon indicators.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field.
