Field Engineer
Duties and responsibities:
- Strictly following all companies’ policies, rules and regulations.
- Perform his duties in compliance with QHSE Plan and HSE targets, demonstrating high commitment to HSE and actively promoting Partnership and customers’ targets.
- Analyse technical issues coming from the well sites and deliver feasible and innovative technical solutions to the Customer and Operations Manager.
- Promote Partnership’s solutions, services, and goods to improve the volume and quality of operations under the existing contracts.
- Attend meeting with customers’ representatives to discuss technical issues and solutions.
- Prepare technical documents related to operating activities (feasibility analysis, technical reports, working practices, operational programs, coiled tubing pumping designs and schedules, fluid formulation designs, coiled tubing string and BHA design, job planning, etc.).
- Provide technical support to the Operations Manager.
- Participate in risk assessments.
- Manage Coiled Tubing String database based on the data received from the operational line.
- Issue directives for maintenance of Coiled Tubing strings.
- Is responsible for Partnership communication on technical and operational issues, such as newsletters, alerts, information in general.
- Provide technical support to Operations Manager for chemicals issues.
- Can be appointed team leader to develop and implement special projects.
- Share expertise, knowledge and innovative solutions with the Operations Manager and all operative line.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Barchelor Degree in engineering or technical field preferable in Petroleum Engineering, Geology/Geophysics and Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years’ experience in offshore (Mandatory)
- Driver License (Mandatory)
- Travelling required (up to 70% of total working time)

- Professioncy in technical English/Fluent communication
- Possesion of Fast Learning skills
- Ability to solve technical problems
- Highly motivated in continual self-development
- Ability to work in harsh (hot, snow, wind) weather conditions (this is onshore/offshore position)
