Procurement Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist procurement staff when required;
- Arrange for the supply/allocation of equipment, consumables and supplies;
- Issue MR/PR status report on a weekly basis;
- Complete documentation such as PO/Contract/Agreement files and other documents delivery to obtain necessary internal signatures and approvals;
- Send PO/Contract/Agreements to Vendors via email/post/fax etc.
- Ensure that Vendors receive and acknowledge PO/Contract/Agreements;
- Other responsibilities assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role.
- English language knowledge
