Procurement Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist procurement staff when required;
  • Arrange for the supply/allocation of equipment, consumables and supplies;
  • Issue MR/PR status report on a weekly basis;
  • Complete documentation such as PO/Contract/Agreement files and other documents delivery to obtain necessary internal signatures and approvals;
  • Send PO/Contract/Agreements to Vendors via email/post/fax etc.
  • Ensure that Vendors receive and acknowledge PO/Contract/Agreements;
  • Other responsibilities assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role.
  • English language knowledge
