Project Senior Quality Inspector

Location: Baku

Report to: Quality Manager

Purpose of Position: Support Quality Manager with the implementation of QC programmes and procedures.

Key accountabilities: 

• Understand and contribute to preparation of POQR as required;
• Review of Supplier / Sub-Suppliers documentation - ITP's and SDR's;
• Receive NOIs and carry out inspections; 
• Coordinate QC Inspectors;
• Communicate and coordinate with inspection agencies when required;
• Participate in QC Inspections; Ensure verification, validation and testing through participation / witnessing equipment test, etc;
• Review/comment on/distribute inspection reports;
• Ensure completion of punch list items;
• Raise, investigate and report Non-Conformance Reports; 
• Review and agree Supplier Deviation/Concession Requests from quality perspective;
• Support POMT in resolution of any quality issues;
• Act as communication link between the Company and Suppliers;
• Provide assurance of HSE requirements;
• Participate in / lead internal and external audits when required;
• Assist with lessons learned review and risk and opportunity assessment;
• Provide timely statistics report on the KPI’s set;
• Any other duties assigned by the Quality Manager

Specific responsibilities:

• Knowledge and work practice with International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC Standard)
• Verification of technical procedures, drawings and certificates.
• Assurance of Ex Certification

Assurance of PMS, CDAS and ICSS interfaces

Experience, Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

• +10 years of relevant experience
• A recognised university degree or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Certification in CompEx (1, 2, 3, 4 & 12A/B) is required 
• Knowledge at advance user level of MS Office, SharePoint.
• Languages: English, Azerbaijani and Russian.
• Key skills: strong analytical abilities, excellent organizational skills, strong critical thinking and sound decision making skills
