Head of Base&Well Integrity Management Unit

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Petroleum and Integrity Engineering team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies for petroleum engineering and integrity management to optimize production and ensure asset reliability.
• Establish and maintain integrity management systems for assets, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure safety and compliance.
• Analyze production data and integrity performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant local, national, and international regulations and standards.
• Promote innovative solutions and technologies to enhance petroleum production efficiency and integrity management processes.
• Lead the team in developing and implementing emergency response plans related to integrity issues and production incidents.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to report on project status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee the design and execution of petroleum engineering projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering
• 10 years + experience and minimum 3 years in lead position
• Gas reservoir experience
• Experience in oil and gas industry, including production planning, production engineering, petroleum engineering, well integrity engineering and operations.
• Experience with production & activities planning, including knowledge of petroleum engineering, offshore production, interface with green and brownfield projects, understanding of field development planning and execution, drilling & completion and process engineering, reservoir management, well modelling, stimulation and testing, computer programming and flow assurance
• Preferably knowledge of Intervention Engineering
• Preferably experience in international O&G Operator company
• Exceptional leadership skills
