Business Development & Executive Assistant

Scope of work:

  • Reading and responding to the founders’ emails
  • Organizing internal documentation
  • Scheduling meetings and answering phone calls 
  • Handling some administrative tasks including renewal of registrations, data entry of expenses, booking travel, etc
  • Brainstorming ideas with the leadership and conducting market and industry analyses
  • Travel internationally to check suppliers, visit expos
  • Drive and monitor sales process of our products at our retail partners like Bravo
  • Participate in development and discussion of commercial proposals, sourcing suppliers, discussing other aspects of business transactions with clients and suppliers
  • Developing new sales opportunities
  • Do some basic market and industry research and analyses for our technology / E-Commerce venture

Requirements ans skills:

  • High energy
  • Analytical mindset
  • Successful relevant experience and strong desire to learn and demonstrate value
  • Good Azeri and Russian, English decent enough to email and have basic conversation with suppliers
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field preferred, but not required

Compensation:

  • Base salary (gross from 1000 AZN+)
  • Profit sharing 
  • Quarterly bonuses
