Senior Specialist Talent management and performance

Job duties:

  • Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.                                                                                             
  • Expertise in designing and implementing performance management programs, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent management and performance.                                                                          
  • Manage compensation equitably and reward top performers
  • Expertise in succession planning to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
  • Ability to create and implement succession plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Monitoring the overall performance of employees in an organization and devising strategies to improve it. 
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework.
  • Research best practices in human performance, and design and develop a tailored performance management system
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as needed by the department or requested by management.                                                     
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization. 
  • Compensation and benefits, succession planning

Additional requirements :

  • Education: Management, MBA, Human Resources Management, Psychology,
  • BSc, MSc Diploma, (CIPD or SHRM qualifications are desirable)                                                                          
  • Work experience: min  5 year (4-6 years of experience in talent management, performance management, or a related HR field.)                                                                          
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management principles, including recruitment, employee development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
