Senior Specialist Talent management and performance
Job duties:
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Expertise in designing and implementing performance management programs, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance appraisal processes.
- Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent management and performance.
- Manage compensation equitably and reward top performers
- Expertise in succession planning to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Ability to create and implement succession plans that align with organizational goals.
- Monitoring the overall performance of employees in an organization and devising strategies to improve it.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework.
- Research best practices in human performance, and design and develop a tailored performance management system
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as needed by the department or requested by management.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Compensation and benefits, succession planning
Additional requirements :
- Education: Management, MBA, Human Resources Management, Psychology,
- BSc, MSc Diploma, (CIPD or SHRM qualifications are desirable)
- Work experience: min 5 year (4-6 years of experience in talent management, performance management, or a related HR field.)
- In-depth knowledge of talent management principles, including recruitment, employee development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
