HR Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct the HR documentation process, including managing vacations and timesheets.
- Submit labor contracts through the EMAS system.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations and address any HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Enter all employee-related information into the SAP system.
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role.
- Experience in hospitality is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English
- Experience with SAP and the EMAS system.
- Good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Azerbaijan Republic.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
