- Manage and maintain the employer's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize emails, correspondence, phone calls, and other communications.
- Prepare and organize meetings, documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Assist in the coordination and management of projects across various departments, including Legal, Strategic Planning, Digital Management, Information Security, and Strategic and International Cooperation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the employer, screening and directing inquiries accordingly.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees, on behalf of the employer.
- Collaborate with the employer’s team and vendors to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Research various topics as required, gathering information and preparing summaries or briefs.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring all arrangements are well-planned and executed smoothly.
- Resolve administrative and logistical issues promptly and effectively, exercising sound judgment and discretion.
- Make informed decisions in the absence of the employer, following established guidelines and protocols.
Tələblər
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in both Azerbaijani and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in each language.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with administrative systems.
