Recruitment specialist
Main responsibilities:
- Determine the need for workers;
- Disseminate information about vacancies in various mass media;
- To evaluate open vacancies among employees working in the enterprise.
- To evaluate CV-I entering the institution;
- Prepare appropriate assessment forms (questions, tests, etc.) for candidates related to employment;
- Conduct meetings with suitable candidates;
- When necessary, apply to various employment agencies and coordinate work with them;
- To evaluate the candidates according to the relevant criteria and make a decision on the selection;
- Create a backup database of candidates' CVs in the enterprise;
- To represent the enterprise at events related to the labor market (exhibitions, fairs)
- To ensure coordination between the enterprise and educational institutions and conduct work related to production experience;
- To ensure coordination between the enterprise and the relevant state institutions (employment centers) in matters arising from the recruitment process.
General Requirements:
- University Degree.
- Solid work experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional or similar role, including end-to end recruitment as well as development and execution of employer branding initiatives. Preferably in FMCG or in food and beverage manufacturing.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as recruiter.
- Experience utilizing social media, to source candidates and enhance employer brand visibility.
- Good project management skills and experience organizing career events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English, Russian is desirable.
- Competent in MS Office programs.
